Privacy notice
Auralith Learning is run by Auralith GB. This notice explains what information we collect and how we use it. Contact us at support@auralith.uk with any question.
What we collect
- About you, the parent: your email address and password (stored securely, never readable by us), and your billing details, which are held by our payment provider, Stripe.
- About your child: only a first name or nickname you choose and their school year. Children do not need an email address.
- Learning records: which lessons your child has watched and their quiz scores.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your child the right lessons.
- To show you your child's progress.
- To take payments and send account emails, such as the reminder before your free month ends.
We do not sell your information, show adverts, or use your child's information for marketing.
Who processes it
- Supabase: account and learning records database.
- Stripe: payments.
- Vercel: website hosting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information and your child's at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your child profiles and their learning records.
Keeping information
We keep your information while your account is open, and delete it when you close your account, except where we must keep billing records by law.
